Reboot, and see if it stops reminding you for a while -- until the next update, that is. It might not be a bad idea to leave it in Startup until you get used to how often it updates. Otherwise you might forget. Maybe it would be best to leave those services showing file missing for a while. It seems odd that they would show like that on a brand new computer if they had been removed. Hijackthis is not really seeing them as they should be.
Did as you said and allowed it to run and then rebooted. Still get the request to allow it to run each time I log on. Very frustrating. Also am now receiving a request to allow RA to run and it requests a password. But when I input the password, it tells me it's not valid.
I assume RA is the remote access and that is the password I am using. As far as Dell's Remote Access, considering that this is a new computer, I suggest contacting Dell support to ask them about their software and your password situation.
