Hi Faraaz, yes you should remove all those partitions. Select each partition and click 'Delete' Then when you have only one unallocated space, click 'Next' to begin the installation. Anything less is not a Clean install.

Dell Recovery will not run after an Upgrade or Clean Install. The System partitions must be replaced with new ones. Delete all partitions down to Unallocated Space and then click Next to let it auto-format the needed partitions - unless you have your own partition scheme you want as explained in the article.
