TSS will ensure any supported computer is free of hardware, operating system, and network issues prior to the installation of custom bought software. Please note that all non-standard software must be approved by the Office of Information Security via their Risk Assessment process. In the interests of security and network stability, TSS reserves the right to deny the installation of software that is not supported by a known company or entity.

Please note, that if an employee with administrative rights to their machine installs non-standard software, TSS can not guarantee support time to resolve issues with that software or resulting from the installation of that software. Additional Software Given the wide variety of work performed by units supported by TSS, a range of additional software may be needed by specific user groups or individual employees.
